Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing audits, and maintaining quality systems to ensure adherence to ISO 13485, CGMP, and FDA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform quality assurance audits and maintain documentation in accordance with ISO 13485 and CGMP standards.
- Utilize measurement tools such as calipers to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance.
- Identify non-conformities and work collaboratively with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality control processes.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations during all inspection processes.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6 am-2:30pm - Tuesday-Saturday & Sunday-Thursday
- 2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30 pm - Tuesday-Saturday & Sunday-Thursday
- 3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30 am - Tuesday-Saturday & Sunday-Thursday
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality inspection or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. (Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Medical-Device preferred)
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 standards and CGMP practices is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations related to product quality is essential.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers for precise assessments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and report data effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
