Audiologist
The Harbin Clinic in Rome, GA is actively seeking to employ a highly motivated Audiologist to join our Hearing Center. With offices located in Rome, Cartersville and Calhoun GA, this Audiologist will become part of a well-established ENT practice with internal referral sources within our multi-specialty Clinic.
Position is Full Time working Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Requires minimum of a Master's degree with preferably three years’ experience or a Doctorate degree with one year experience.
Must be licensed in the State of GA or license eligible.
The Audiologist's scope of practice in this position will include:
Performing ABRs and VNGs along with all standard diagnostic hearing tests
Fitting and dispensing appropriate hearing aid technology and products to our patients based on their hearing loss situation
Assuming a leadership role in the evaluation and decision-making process with respect to hearing aid technology and selection of products as well as discussion with and selection of vendors
Providing appropriate and timely follow-up care to patients
Position shares rotation to three office sites (Rome, Cartersville & Calhoun) along with other Audiologist
Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with our patient community is critical to the success of our practice.
Must be able to easily establish rapport with children to render a successful outcome in the testing and assessment process.
Must be able to work within the scope of practice guidelines and appropriately direct patients for follow-up care as their healthcare needs dictate.
