Job Duties:
- Safety First
- Be accountable for yourself and help team members drive a culture of safety.
- Customer Focus
- Working on or supporting our production lines to ensure on time delivery of refractory products to our customers.
- Quality Control
- Own quality compliance for your assigned working area.
- Continuous Improvement
- Observe your assigned processes and identify areas for improvement.
- On Time Delivery
- Work on or support the production line to ensure product is made in a timely manner to meet customer demands. This may include:
- Operating and maintaining machinery; loading and offloading material.
- Supporting the production line by moving material to and from the line, transporting material throughout the plant, and loading pallets.
Qualifications:
- Must have ability to pass aptitude test.
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of safety/OSHA standards.
- Some mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Some manufacturing experience preferred.
