What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corp Multifamily Operations - Revenue Analyst position at Harbor Group Management?
JOB SUMMARY : Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Management, the Revenue Analyst's function is to develop and manage business intelligence initiatives to provide actionable insight for all aspects of Revenue Management.
These initiatives will drive topline revenue for the portfolio as well as demonstrate the department's bottom-line value to the organization.
This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the return of Harbor Group's portfolio. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support the pricing team on various portfolios, through data collection, utility analyses, amenity analyses, competitive analyses, market research analyses and presentation preparations.
- Consult on and provide pricing support for manually priced lease-up and due diligence properties.
- Synthesize input from multiple sources to support strategic departmental planning and development.
Including :
This is inclusive of but not limited to pricing, system accuracy, system modifications, data-driven decisions, market analysis, assisting in performance measurement and overall systems support. Own the process of gathering macro and micro economic research.
Produce market economic reports on quarterly and ad-hoc bases.
Assist with creating performance reports measuring property performance against submarket, metro area markets, and other competitors. Be the subject matter expert with respect property amenities and competitor data. Be the key contact for as well as train revenue managers, regional managers and business managers on amenity and competitor data best practices. Work with the revenue managers to develop new reporting, processes, and training to further enhance the effectiveness and capabilities of the revenue management team. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :
