Job Summary: This position implements the classroom curriculum for the assigned classroom.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Instructs and assists participants with activities for the day.
· Ensures classroom has needed supplies and is set up for the programs each day
· Monitors the classroom to ensure a safe and secure environment for all participants
· Ensures classroom is prepped for cleaning every evening
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Prior teaching experience preferred
· Good communication skills
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Physical Requirements
· Alternating periods of sitting, standing, and walking for up to eight-hour shifts.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.22 per hour
