We are looking for energetic, engaging personalities for the role of Server at our restaurant. Full and part-time positions are available and the hours can be flexible. Duties include:
- Ensuring the Member dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed and pleasant
- Provide a professional and engaging attitude when interacting with Members, guests and employees
- Understand the menu so you can answer Member questions and provide recommendations
- Ensure Member satisfaction by providing an excellent dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Excellent guest relations skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order entry and processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables simultaneously
