Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and dietary options.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to food safety standards and culinary guidelines.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Sanitate tables and dining areas between guests to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS and OpenTable systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards.
- Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential.
