- Job Summary:
The Service Advisor at Harbor Nissan will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the auto service process. The Service Advisor will advise customers on diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of their vehicles, while emphasizing the value of additional services to customers and striving to meet sales goals. This is an individual contributor, full time, salary position located in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Responsibilities: - Promptly greet customers and ascertain their service needs
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify any further service needs
- Advise customers on available services, evaluate customer needs, and estimate repair and maintenance costs based on that evaluation
- Accurately input customer information into the system
- Discuss pricing and payment options with customers
- Initiate and process customer paperwork and billing
- Inform customers of their repair and maintenance progress
- Maintain customer retention through exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product and service information, as well as industry developments
- Keep showroom and work area clean and organized
Requirements: - High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of prior experience as a Service Advisor.
- Nissan experience is a plus.
- Dealertrack experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to provide technical assistance to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of automotive parts, services, and procedures
- Able to successfully complete and pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
