Position Details:
Type: Interim Position
Location: Hybrid
Pay Range: To be determined upon position permanency ($26β$27/hour).
Responsibilities:
-Run weekday morning meetings and lead weekly team meetings.
-Join weekly Property Management (PM) meetings.
-Collaborate with leadership on the new hire process and training.
-Approve rental applications and oversee AirBNB vendor communications.
-Monitor and manage the eviction process.
-Oversee move-ins and move-outs, ensuring assignments are handled efficiently.
-Manage delinquencies and track time entries.
-Oversee the first half of the lease renewal process.
-Conduct monthly Key Result Area (KRA) reviews.
-Work closely with the Assistant Property Manager to manage and develop the leasing team and address tenant/prospect issues.
-Work closely with the PM Virtual Assistant (VA) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
-Oversee the entire Rochester team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
-Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain site functionality.
-Lightly engage in the Building and Safety process.
-Assist with owner communications and approve roommate move-outs.
-Manage lease buyout processes and related conversations.
-Maintain delinquencies and occupancy targets, and budgets.
-Oversee the addition of notices and fees when it comes to delinquencies and violations
-Oversee eviction process/skips/buyouts
-Oversee the security deposit disposition process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
-Provide creative solutions and suggestions to improve site-level property success.
-Oversee site-level HR functions, including team dynamics, culture, and addressing employee issues in collaboration with the Director of Portfolio & Investor Services.
-Manage leasing-related work orders and ensure their timely completion.
-Learn and understand miscellaneous duties as playbook updates are added
-Assist with owner questions and complaints
-Maintain vendor relationships
-Handle and oversee emergencies pertaining to tenants, properties, and insurance claims
