Harbor Village, a Short-Term Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility located in New London, CT is seeking an Enthusiastic and Passionate Director of Nursing to compliment our experienced Assistant Director of Nursing and the great team at Harbor Village.

What you’ll be doing
As Director of Nursing, you are an integral member of our team directing the overall operation of our Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our Center, and may be directed by the Administrator and the Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
You learn life-sustaining skills that will be carried throughout your health care career. Every resident in our facility has unique health needs that require specialized, one-on-one care. This means every caregiver develops a special skill set that translates into many other health care settings.

Director of Nursing Requirements :
1. Must possess, a valid CT RN state license and a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
2. Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years of experience
