Store Solutions Representative - Sacramento South

HARBOR SSR - Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30 PM Four 10's and three-day weekends every weekend!

This is a field sales support position. The purpose of the Store Solutions Representative is to carry out each project assigned in a professional manner to enhance the customers store and their ability to sell more products through the utilization of merchandising and company planograms. The Store Solutions Rep will ensure that everything possible is done at each customer location to offer the appearance and organization required by company standards. Store Solutions Representatives reset stores, implement planograms, adjust shelving, install shelf tags and face product in addition to the duties and requirements below.

Compensation range: $21-25/hr DOE Company vehicle provided.

Essential Job Functions:

• Reset stores, implement planograms, adjust shelving, and install shelf tags.
• Perform merchandising services at store level as requested and scheduled by RSM.
• Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and cleaning of product and shelves as needed.
• Rearranges store shelves or display areas as close to company approved planograms as possible, to improve sales.
• Monitors potential account problems at the store level and reports issues to the Territory Sales Manager/RSM.
• May place order for entire store (all categories.)
• May put away customers’ order when necessary.
• Light sales of promotional book or contest involvement.
• Provide pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and rack implementation for all perishable and date-sensitive SKU’s/categories.
• Increase sales and gross profit within assigned customer base.
• Maintain a safe work environment in the stores.
• Follow carefully the standards and organization in all sets of product as outlined by company standards.
• Sell products as appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to read and write English.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence

Education and Experience:

• Customer service experience required.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Merchandising.
• Sales and retail work experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• This can be a physical job requiring occasional lift/carrying of 20-50 pounds
• Final candidates at offer will be required to pass a criminal background and drug screen, and MVR report, with current insurance. All mileage is reimbursed to the current IRS rate.
