Summary
HarborOne is offering a dynamic and comprehensive learning and development opportunity for a selected intern over a 10-week period. The intern will report to the VP, Technology Solutions and Desktop Manager and will work directly with a Technology mentor to support their growth and development in their internship role.

Our Technology Team focuses on creating strong technology solutions throughout the bank. These solutions are supported by our Infrastructure, Business Service Delivery and our Desktop Computing Teams. This 10-week internship program will focus on the desktop part of Technology. Interns will be utilizing problem solving skills, providing an exceptional customer experience with internal colleagues and participating in ongoing technology projects that improve efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Participate in project work over the course of a 10-week period.
- Bank-wide orientation to introduce you to HarborOne Bank.
- Gain hands on experience with a dedicated mentor.
- Build your professional network.
- Personal and career development through networking and community involvement.
- Dedicated HarborOne Internship Coordinator for coaching and mentoring.
- Participate in community involvement event.
- Understand the technology needs of the organization and provide support to the Infrastructure, Business Service Development and Desktop Computing teams.
- Demonstrate and apply technology knowledge to ensure that we meet the needs of our internal customers.
- Participate in ongoing technology projects that improve the efficiency of the organization.
- Participate in weekly meetings with other interns to share experiences and explore career opportunities.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program as either a sophomore or junior.
- Pursuing a degree in General Business, Business Management, Risk Management, or Computer Science.
- Strong academic record (3.0 GPA or higher preferred).
- Consistently demonstrates teamwork, strong written and communications skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and analyze data, work independently and show initiative.
- Collaborate with peers and colleagues across all business lines and demonstrate the bank’s core values of Trust, Respect, Accountability, Integrity and Teamwork.
