Summary
HarborOne is offering a dynamic and comprehensive learning and development opportunity for a selected intern over a 10-week period. The selected intern will be reporting to the Internship Manager and will work directly with a Treasury mentor to support their growth and development in the internship role.

Our Treasury Team is responsible for Interest Rate Risk Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Wholesale Funding and Investment Portfolio management at HarborOne Bank. Specialization is on analytical models that support the analysis of and presentation of results to management and board-level committees at HarborOne Bank. The Treasury team works with all divisions across the bank to support ongoing growth and strategy. This internship will explore HarborOne’s Treasury management and support the analysis of data for overall balance sheet management at HarborOne.

What You’ll Do
- Participate in project work over the course of a 10-week period.
- Bank-wide orientation to introduce you to HarborOne Bank.
- Gain hands on experience with a dedicated mentor.
- Build your professional network.
- Personal and career development through networking and community involvement.
- Dedicated HarborOne Internship Coordinator for coaching and mentoring.
- Participate in community involvement event.
- Learn key aspects of Interest Rate Management and support the analysis of data for reporting.
- Support implementation of efficiencies in reporting software, working with team members to understand their use.
- Participate in meetings and take notes and track outcomes related to initiatives.
- Support other departments within Finance (e.g. Accounting and Reporting) on projects and coverage.
- Participate in weekly meetings with other interns to share experiences and explore career opportunities.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program as either a sophomore or junior.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics or General Business Management.
- Strong academic record (3.0 GPA or higher preferred).
- Consistently demonstrates teamwork, strong written and communications skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and analyze data, work independently and show initiative.
- Collaborate with peers and colleagues across all business lines and demonstrate the bank’s core values of Trust, Respect, Accountability, Integrity and Teamwork.
