Job Summary: Lead the overall production of all pastry and bakery products. Set-up of dessert buffet stations and a la carte dining menus. Responsible for maintaining high cleanliness, organization and sanitary levels in the pastry shop.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Bake and produce all cakes, cookies, pastries, etc. in the kitchen.
- Set up and work dessert stations for buffets and parties.
- Prepare plate-ups ranging from 25 to 400 people.
- Clean immediate work area, not to exclude the kitchen, on a daily basis.
- Fill in for the pasty chef in their absence.
- Assist in ordering for the pastry department.

Certificates/Licenses:
- Culinary Degree (Preferred)
- 3 years experience in a pastry department
