Summary : At Harcros Chemicals Inc., an employee-owned company with a rich legacy in specialty chemical manufacturing and distribution, we're continuously expanding. With 2 manufacturing plants and 27 distribution facilities across 20 states, we're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team to assist with opportunities. Reporting to the Sr. Regulatory Specialist, this role will be support environmental, safety and security (EHS&S) programs. This position will be part of the Corporate Regulatory Affairs and Engineering team. Primary Responsibilities & Duties :
Manage SDS Repository and Master Spreadsheet including reviewed and approving SDSs submitted for compliance purposes.
Manage all requests from customers for SDSs.
Request updated SDSs from suppliers and review for compliance.
Help gather process, inventory, and sales data to support compliance program and staff.
Manage customer surveys for Harcros products.
Develop / write technical memos and regulatory reports.
Conduct training for employees as required.
Support quality programs and process improvements.
Employees may perform other related duties as needed by the organization.
Travel approximately
Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor’s, associate degree, or equivalent work experience.
1-5 years of related experience and / or training.
Bachelor’s degree in technical field is a plus.
OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skilled in effectively presenting information and addressing questions from managers, employees, and customers.
Proficient in reading, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
Strong ability to apply basic mathematical concepts.
Competent in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
Demonstrated ability to effectively use Office 365 applications.
Capable of collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds to build an effective team.

Physical Capabilities & Requirements :
Frequently standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, and perform tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Ability to lift / move up to 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Work Environment :
Work environment includes exposure to outdoor weather conditions and mechanical equipment.
Occasional exposure to chemicals and noise.
Occasionally work at elevated, precarious heights and could be exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
