Summary :
At Harcros Chemicals Inc., an employee-owned company with a rich legacy in specialty chemical manufacturing and distribution, we're continuously expanding. With 2 manufacturing plants and 27 distribution facilities across 20 states, we're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team to assist with opportunities. Reporting to the Sr. Regulatory Specialist, this role will be support environmental, safety and security (EHS&S) programs. This position will be part of the Corporate Regulatory Affairs and Engineering team.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties :
- Manage SDS Repository and Master Spreadsheet including reviewed and approving SDSs submitted for compliance purposes.
- Manage all requests from customers for SDSs.
- Request updated SDSs from suppliers and review for compliance.
- Help gather process, inventory, and sales data to support compliance program and staff.
- Manage customer surveys for Harcros products.
- Develop / write technical memos and regulatory reports.
- Conduct training for employees as required.
- Support quality programs and process improvements.
- Employees may perform other related duties as needed by the organization.
