Overview

POSITION SUMMARY :

The incumbent in this position is responsible for maintaining public and team member areas in a clean, sanitary, and attractive condition.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Rockford their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members to provide superior guest service.
• Promptly at start of shift, review schedule, check equipment and supplies required to perform the work, scheduled, and prepared for operations.
• Wipe down all machinery on shift-by-shift basis.
• Inspect and clean all restrooms.
• Pick up and dispose of paper and other rubbish left by patrons throughout the pavilion.
• Upon ending your shift, secure all equipment and machinery, and complete all required paperwork.
• Performs all other duties as assigned and adheres to all Illinois Gaming Regulations and Departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
• Instruct and train other Team Members as appropriate / required.
• Continuously provides Team Members with verbal recognition, direction, and support.
• Trains and empowers team members to exercise good judgment to make decisions regarding service, food quality, and customer satisfaction by adhering to company training standards; Ensure team members follow safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
