What's the position?

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, strong technical skills, and experience in developing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce applications. You will work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to build and customize Salesforce solutions that meet the company's business needs and drive operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and triggers.
• Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
• Customize and configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as workflows, process builder, and flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
• Knowledge of other technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or web development frameworks.
• Provide technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, including data modeling, user interface design, and automation.
• Assist in the design and architecture of solutions to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code and efficient system performance.
• Ensure proper documentation and training for end-users and administrators.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.
