">- Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to make Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain their choice for gaming entertainment.
- Maintain company funds and equipment in an orderly manner.
- Pour drinks according to established recipes and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with underage serving policies and communicate any problems or situations detrimental to the hotel to immediate supervisors.
Qualifications
">- Completed an accredited bartending course or two years' experience in high-volume cocktail service preferably in a hotel/casino environment.
- Obtain and maintain valid licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
- Pass background check and drug screening.
- Be at least 21 years old.
Knowledge and Abilities
">- How to mix a wide variety of drinks.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The operation of all bar equipment.
- Pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
