We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth by selling our digital marketing services to businesses in Hamilton, Madison, Boone, and Tipton counties in Indiana.

- Base monthly salary plus commission structure
- Earning potential: $30,000-$60,000 annually (uncapped)

- In-person training required initially
- Identify and pursue potential clients for social media management services
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new client contracts
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Complete all necessary documentation and follow-up for client onboarding
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Use HubSpot CRM to track sales activities, opportunities, and client information
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Represent the company professionally at networking events and industry functions
- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Live in Boone, Hamilton, Madison or Tipton county
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
