Job Summary:
The role of the Business Development Representative (BDR) is crucial to the success of Hardenbergh Group. As the vanguard of our sales efforts, the BDR serves as the initial touchpoint for prospective clients. This dynamic position is responsible for generating high-quality leads through a variety of strategies, including emails, calls, social media outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns. The BDR's primary mission is to promote our Workforce Solutions, which encompasses Professional Staffing (MSPs) and Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) Services. By utilizing both single-point and blended service delivery options, they engage with hospitals, health systems, physician and practitioner groups, health plans, payers, and other healthcare entities on behalf of Hardenbergh Group. Additionally, this role plays a key part in building relationships and securing meetings with potential prospects, setting the stage for a seamless hand-off to business unit owners to foster new sales opportunities. The BDR will also contribute to the development, support, and execution of outreach activities aligned with a well-defined sales strategy.

Minimum Required Experience:
- Experience in client outreach methods such as cold calling and emailing
- 1 year in a quota-carrying sales position
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector
- Understanding of service delivery within relevant frameworks
- Proficiency in Salesforce software, or other CRM is highly preferred
Other Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and commit to perform all work in the United States
- Have a dedicated workspace in your residence that allows for privacy, minimal disruptions, and have adequate high-speed internet
- Standard working hours Monday through Friday, with some flexibility to work extended hours to support business needs
- Be available to travel on occasion, with advance notice (approximately 1-2 times per Quarter)
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
