Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Manage clerical and administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Implement office management strategies to streamline processes and improve workflow.
- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in clerical and administrative functions with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and office management practices.
- Experience using phone systems for effective communication within the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong knowledge and use of email, Excel spreadsheets, Word and other electronic communications and record-keeping tools.
- Must have some property management background/knowledge
- Real Estate knowledge a big plus
- Occasional weekend and evening work. Some can be work from home with laptop
- Ocassional property showings on weekends.
