Job Summary:
This is an outside sales role where you'll travel to construction sites, build lasting client relationships, and sell our staffing solutions to major contractors across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and connect with potential clients
- Present, negotiate, and close sales
- Maintain client records and activity in CRM
- Visit construction job sites regularly
- Represent HardHat’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset
- Commercial construction experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred but not required
