Responsibilities
The Contract Clerk manages administrative tasks related to vehicle sales, including processing new and used car deals, schedule reconciliation, trade payoffs, and contract management during transit. Responsibilities include accurately processing and recording vehicle deals and maintaining related schedules.
- Examine contracts to assure conformity to compliance requirements
- Process all new and used vehicle deals
- Research and resolve any discrepancies related to the processing and billing of deals
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Required: 2 years of experience as a Biller/Contract Clerk in an Automotive Dealership.
- Strong understanding of automotive billing process, including vehicle titles, registration and finance contracts.
- Proficient in using dealership managements systems and billing software.
- Dealertrack experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle large volumes of paperwork efficiently.
