As a Client Service Representative at Hardinger Trucking, you will act as a liaison between driver managers and the client ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional handling of all asset-based truckload shipments. You'll manage multiple requests and provide exceptional service that keeps our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist driver managers with freight planning to help arrange their workday and direct questions regarding shipments.
- Support making and keeping appointment times for shipping/receiving.
- Communicate promptly with clients about any delays, issues, or changes to schedules.
- Exhibit exemplary service and a no-fail mindset to ensure client needs are satisfied.
- Report accurate on-time performance, and client service issues.
- Reconcile client commitments and scorecards
- Daily Data entry accuracy.
Work Type: Full Time, In-person
Schedule: M-F: 40 hours/week 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch). Some overtime and rotating on-call duties based on customer needs.
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Reports to: General Manager, Hardinger Trucking
