- Become a key player in our preconstruction/design & construction team, blending design and execution.
- Work closely with our Operations Manager, driving project success.
- Use your design, permitting, and construction expertise to proactively solve problems and ensure smooth projects.
- Elevate design accuracy and completeness, leaving no detail behind.
- Champion quality control with our proven company protocols.

Your Expertise:
- 8 years of industry experience in residential design (strongly preferred).
- 2 years of direct client project design leadership.
