The Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for all weekly operations at the pool. Must have the ability to communicate with people of all ages. Must be a good team leader. Should have previous experience in a management position, a current Texas Driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification. Must be able to work between the hours of 8:30 am and 7:00 pm including weekends. This position may be required to work any time throughout the week and weekends.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Sports & Aquatics Coordinator.SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Supervises Lifeguards, WSI and Aquatics Cashiers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: American Red Cross Lifeguard CertificationAmerican Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor CertificationWater Safety Instructor (WSI) CertificationEQUIPMENT OPERATED: Cash register, or drawer, copy machine, telephone, calculator, and wet/dry vac.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
