Job Summary :
The Automotive Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. They are responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate services, and ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up. The Service Advisor works closely with technicians and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve departmental goals, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred.
- Experience : Prior experience in automotive service, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Technical Knowledge : Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Customer Service Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Analytical and resourceful in resolving customer issues.
- Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with service management software, POS systems, and basic office tools.

The Office Assistant / Service Advisor is responsible for assisting or performing in the absence of the business owner all the daily productivity in the business. This responsibility includes but is not limited to : a dedication to the company’s mission statement, to employee development, to company profitability and to 100% customer satisfaction. Also, responsible for following the company policies and procedures.
