The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery and installation of projects. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of retail design and fabrication processes.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of retail design and fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and expectations, providing strategic advice to enhance their projects.

Project Management:
- Oversee all phases of project development from initial concept through to completion and installation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure alignment with client objectives.

Budget Control:
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial goals.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Delivery and Installation:
- Coordinate the logistics of project delivery and installation, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation phase, ensuring client satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting, including budgets, timelines, and project milestones.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in account management, project management, or a related role within the retail design and fabrication industry.
- Strong understanding of retail design processes and fabrication techniques.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
