Summary
This role handles sales of our online inventory with heavy phone and computer use. If you're a people-person, have a knack for sales, aren't afraid of the phone, and love motorcycles, this job is for you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Make calls on unsold follow ups.
- Business Development- Data mining Eleads.
- Trade in calls
- Finance question calls
- New/Used inventory calls
- Event RSVP confirmation.
- Set appointment confirmation.
- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Handle telephone transactions with an upbeat and friendly tone.
- Answer all customer questions or make a commitment to get the answer in a timely manner.
- Handle follow up on Customer Experience Surveys to completion.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Strong phone skills; call center experience is a plus.
- Good with a computer and the ability to learn customer management relationship software (Eleads).
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
