Summary

We are a growing dealership with multiple locations. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include daily accounting tasks to support our financial team.

Essential Duties

  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Journal Entries.
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Audit spreadsheets for accuracy.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records.
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
  • Monthly Reporting.
  • Maintain Inventory records (receiving, flooring, auditing, transferring)

    • Skills

  • Auditing ability
  • MS Excel and accounting software
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks

    • Education and / or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Talon accounting platform : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bookkeeping : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
  • Familiarity with finance regulations

    • Compensation details : 31000-55000 Hourly Wage
