Must have Motorcycle or Auto Experience.

Harley-Davidson Sales Manager.

Must have a proven track record in the Retail Motorcycle.

There is the potential to earn $175,000.00 annually. Harley-Davidson Sales Management experience is a must. Must have a proven track record in sales.

Base Salary plus commission and bonuses.

Five-day work week.

Job Descriptions

• This position oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the Motorcycle Sales Department.
• Ensures that the Sales Department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profits.
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and customer service programs.
• Determine sales quotas for sales personnel.
• Oversee sales, trade-ins, and delivery of all new and used motorcycles.
• Maintains training curriculum for all Sales personnel via HDU Tthe raining Portal.
• Submits payroll bi-weekly.
• Creates and distributes department monthly schedules to be included with the dealership master schedule.
• Monitors and approves employees' time sheets.
