Compensation: Base Plus Commission with an expected Income of $100,000-$150,000.

The position deals directly with customers and our team in selling New and Pre-Owned Harley-Davidson Motorcycles and Trikes! You will work with customers to help them choose the right products and deliver not only quality motorcycles and the best in business financing and insurance products, but also a QUALITY and FUN experience!

Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Must have the ability to get along with a wide customer base.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated “closing skills”.
- Knowledge and experience with sales of F&I products, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
- Computer literate with typing skills and open to learning new software and computer programs.
- Able to work effectively and courteously over the phone.
- Must be able to pass background check and able to Obtain Virginia Sales License.
- Fluent in Talon, Deal Link, Menu Link.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the finance and insurance processes at the dealership, ensuring compliance with TILA regulations.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Analyze credit applications and financial documents to facilitate loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and financial transactions using relevant software.
- Foster strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to integrate financial services into the overall sales strategy.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
