Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Administrator located in New York, NY. The Leasing Administrator will be responsible for lease documentation, managing leases, communication with tenants, lease administration, and property management tasks on a day-to-day basis.
- Track residential leasing deals from approval to full execution, working closely with the leasing team and legal department to ensure that all deals conform to company guidelines and are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Prepare and send leases and related documents
- Review tenant leases and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate initial rent and security deposit payments
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding upcoming tenant changes
- Organize and maintain electronic and hardcopy tenant files
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant and apartment data
- Input lease terms, tenant data, and lease charges
- Organize and maintain electronic and hardcopy tenant files
- Send, track, and process assignments and subleases
- Prepare broker commission check requests
- Prepare, send, track, and process renewals on a monthly basis
- Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers
- Other administrative work as needed
- Associates Degree required Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Ability to prioritize, work well under pressure, and use sound judgment
- Personable attitude with a client-centric approach
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Computer literate with advanced ability and knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and Social Media Platforms (IE Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc...)
- Needs to be a self starter
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
