DIRECTOR OF DTC GROWTH

Location: Remote (Preferred time zones: EST/PST)

Harlowe is a premium lighting brand serving content creators, photographers, and filmmakers. We're seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to optimize our e-commerce experience, digital marketing strategy, website performance, and customer lifecycle management to accelerate our growth towards aggressive sales targets.


We are searching for a data-driven, execution-focused Director of DTC Growth to own both strategy and operations in our DTC business. This role is responsible for increasing conversions, optimizing site performance, scaling paid media, driving organic growth, and executing day-to-day e-commerce operations.


The Director of DTC Growth will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing Harlowe’s DTC growth strategy across paid media, SEO, website experience, and customer retention. This role is both strategic and operational—you will set high-level growth objectives while also managing the hands-on execution of digital marketing campaigns, website updates, and performance tracking.


The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce growth, with expertise in Shopify, CRO, paid acquisition, SEO, and digital marketing operations. You thrive on data-driven decision-making and are not afraid to dive into analytics, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in real time.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or DTC growth roles.

• Proven experience scaling DTC brands through high-impact growth strategies and hands-on execution.

• Hands-on expertise in Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and paid ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube).

• Deep understanding of CRO, UX/UI principles, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping.

• Strong SEO background, with experience in keyword research, backlink building, and organic traffic growth.

• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and analytics reporting tools.

• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and take immediate action on key findings.

• Experience managing budgets and optimizing for ROAS, CAC, and LTV.

• Highly organized with the ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• A self-starter who can operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
