Location: New York City (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)

As we expand globally in Europe and the US, we’re seeking an ambitious Director of Growth to lead our growth marketing and partnerships strategy. This role is critical to building brand visibility, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring alignment across markets.
The Director of Growth will spearhead strategic growth initiatives by managing paid media strategies, overseeing high-impact partnerships, and scaling customer acquisition efforts. This role will combine performance marketing expertise with a bold vision for partnerships that position Under Your Skin as a cultural and industry leader.
- Develop and execute innovative growth marketing strategies to meet revenue and consumer engagement targets with a focus on sustainable, efficient growth.
- Oversee the channel roadmap, including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate, and emerging channels, optimizing investments to achieve customer acquisition efficiency (LTV/CAC and ROAS).
- Build, monitor, and own paid media KPI reporting for actual, budgeted, and forecasted performance, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and improve results.
- Develop a visionary partnership strategy that prioritizes culturally relevant, bold collaborations to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, influencers, and creators that align with Under Your Skin’s values and drive consumer connection.
- Manage end-to-end partnership execution, delivering integrated marketing campaigns that resonate across global markets.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, global team with members in the US and Sweden, setting clear goals and fostering collaboration.
- Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Product, and Analytics, to align on growth objectives and execute seamless campaigns.
- Partner with the Creative Director to ensure campaigns align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
- Champion data-driven decision-making, using measurement models (e.g., MMM, UMM) to gain insights into campaign effectiveness and marketing attribution.
- Experiment with new growth tactics, technologies, and channels to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behaviors.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, or a related field, ideally within beauty, wellness, or consumer-focused industries.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams across geographies.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong track record in driving results through data insights and performance marketing optimization.
- Innovative Thinking: A passion for experimenting with new ideas and staying ahead of cultural and market trends.
- Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
