Job Details
Location: Hillsboro, OR- Onsite
Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
PnP Engineer:
- Proficiency in testing and validating computer hardware components
- Experience in handling test instruments NI instruments like DMMs, Oscilloscopes, DAQ etc for SOC power measurement using the LABVIEW & Python.
- Analyzing power consumption and Power degradation of SOC
- (OR)
- Testing performance of CPU, Memory, System, Storage, USB, Display, Graphics etc. with different benchmark tools.
- Experience in handling Desktop Benchmarks are workloads given to the system (3D mark, Cinebench, PC Mark, Prime 95, Mobile Mark, Fur Mark, Geek Bench)
- CPU, GFx, performance, validate the score measured with respect to Target score.
- Hands-on experience in Board bring-up, functional validation and debugging.
- Should be able to analyze power & performance results.
- Should have strong knowledge on X86 platform architecture, SOC, design, system IP (Graphics, Camera, Connectivity etc.)
- Having knowledge of SOC residency, Power State transitions
- Should have validation experience in Windows or Linux Operating Systems
- Hands-On the tasks of performing integration testing, debugging and validation of system by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Should have basic system debug experience (includes driver, application and os)
- Participate as required client for meetings, technical reviews and delivery activities.
- Good English Verbal communications skills. Good articulation skills
