Maintenance Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance, hot tub maintenance, and groundskeeping to ensure our resort provides a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance:
• Conduct routine inspections and perform repairs on facilities and general structural maintenance.
• Address guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all buildings and amenities are in good working condition.
• Hot Tub Maintenance:
• Regularly inspect and clean hot tubs, ensuring water quality meets health and safety standards.
• Perform chemical testing, balancing, and documentation as required.
• Conduct minor repairs and troubleshoot issues related to hot tub equipment.
• Groundskeeping:
• Maintain clean and attractive landscaping, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and general upkeep of common areas.
• Ensure pathways, parking areas, and recreational areas are free of debris and hazards.
• Conduct snow removal and salting when necessary (if applicable).
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to maintenance and hot tub operation.
• Identify and report any safety concerns or hazards to management promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to [50 lbs].
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
