What are we looking for:
We are seeking a hungry, driven sales leader to drive our growing church division line of business.
This person must be experienced at maintaining and growing our book of business spanning 2300 churches in our area.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and maintain consistency with Church Program Account Manager’s responsibilities which includes: High level of communication and customer service to parish staff. Provide communication and service to the parish pictorial committee with regards to production procedures to insure a timely production of the photo book.
- Record and maintain accurate CRM notes in Stratus cloud software.
- Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
- Work with Church Division team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
- Ability to problem solve and learn the workforce to maximize team members effectiveness for exceptional customer experience.
- Bi-weekly meetings with the owners to discuss accomplishments from the past two weeks.
- Promote an environment of team collaboration through various employee engagement activities and techniques that promote communication and fun.
- Be part of leadership to guide, advise, and create new ideas to better utilize our talented team.

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to set and reach sales targets to boost performance and increase profitability.
- Ability to maintain and grow our book of business, including lead follow up and lead management.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.
Compensation:
- Base pay/plus commission based on experience.
- Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Paid time off, Holidays.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
