Senior Accountant

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for multiple projects
• Support financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and treasury functions.
• Contribute to processing monthly development packages and related financial tasks.
• Assist with developing and ensuring adherence to internal accounting and finance policies.
• Prepare timely financial reports for external stakeholders, such as lenders and investors.
• Collaborate with audit, tax, legal, IT, and HR service providers.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• CPA license preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in public accounting or relevant industry (construction, real estate development, etc.)
