Job Overview : We are seeking an accomplished Recruiting Manager with 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition and team leadership to oversee and manage our recruitment strategies. This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment campaigns, enhancing the recruitment process, and managing a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a deep understanding of federal contracting needs and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the recruiting team to ensure recruitment goals are met across multiple functions and levels within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the defense sector, with a focus on key roles critical to our business.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, business goals, and workforce planning.
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company-specific recruitment policies, particularly those related to defense contracting regulations and security clearances.
- Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process by identifying best practices, leveraging new technologies, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to senior leadership to ensure performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage relationships with external staffing agencies, job boards, and other recruitment partners.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the defense contracting industry and stay up to date on trends, challenges, and opportunities within talent acquisition.
- Oversee the Application Tracking Software (Greenhouse and Paylocity).
