A leading production studio specializing in high-quality documentary films is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The company is renowned for its compelling storytelling, impactful documentaries, and innovative production methods. As the CFO, you will play a key role in guiding the financial future of the company while supporting its growth and mission.
The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic CFO to lead all financial operations, drive financial strategy, and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, with a focus on production finance, and will possess the ability to collaborate with senior leadership to execute the company’s strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and optimize profitability.
- Lead financial reporting and present financial results to executive leadership and the board.
- Manage cash flow, financial risks, and investment strategies.
- Supervise accounting, tax, and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to all industry regulations.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Provide insight into financial performance and recommend cost-saving measures, investment opportunities, and business efficiencies.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Support the studio’s ongoing projects and future production initiatives from a financial perspective.
Bonus Skills
Salary : $300,000-$390,000 bonus benefits
