We're looking for a seasoned Director of FP&A to join our team and help drive growth as we scale towards $70m Revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field, with a strong focus on financial modeling and analysis.

As a member of our leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain accurate dashboards and reports to inform business decisions.
- Partner with the Data Analytics team to refine forecasting models and improve accuracy.
- Prepare the business for future funding rounds by developing robust financial plans and projections.
