We're a fast-growing hot tub and swim spa manufacturer based in Southern Kentucky, and we're looking for a Production Manager who knows the industry and is ready to lead an exceptional team in building premium spa and hydrotherapy products.
We need a hands-on leader with industry-specific knowledge and a drive for operational excellence. You'll be responsible for managing the entire production floor, ensuring we hit our goals for quality, efficiency, and safety-while motivating the team to do their best work every day.
Requirements:
Experience in the Pool or Spa industry (hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, etc.)
3 years in a production leadership role (Supervisor, Lead, or Manager)
Strong understanding of spa system assembly, plumbing, electrical components, and production flow
Proven track record in process improvement, quality control, and team management
Ability to read blueprints, manage production schedules, and collaborate across departments
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all production operations on the floor
Drive production schedules to meet company goals
Maintain high standards for product quality, safety, and team performance
Work with leadership to identify and implement process improvements
Train, mentor, and manage production leads and team members
Ensure clear communication between departments (Engineering, Quality, Inventory, etc.)
