This role is responsible for handling full-cycle accounting for multiple restaurant locations. Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in compliance with GAAP and financial regulations.
- Monitor revenue and expenses , consolidate financial data, and generate ad-hoc reports.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (A / R) and Accounts Payable (A / P) , ensuring accurate journal entries and invoice verification.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and open A / R & A / P accounts .
- Prepare daily revenue reports and maintain monthly rent schedules.
- Support restaurant managers with accounting and accounts payable inquiries.
- Handle sales tax filings and respond to merchant chargeback inquiries.
- Assist with government filings, annual renewals, external audits , and compliance reporting.
