Key Responsibilities :
- Perform monthend quarterend and yearend closing in compliance with GAAP and financial regulations.
- Monitor revenue and expenses consolidate financial data and generate adhoc reports.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (A / R) and Accounts Payable (A / P) ensuring accurate journal entries and invoice verification.
- Reconcile bank accounts credit card transactions and open A / R & A / P accounts .
- Prepare daily revenue reports and maintain monthly rent schedules.
- Support restaurant managers with accounting and accounts payable inquiries.
- Handle sales tax filings and respond to merchant chargeback inquiries.
- Assist with government filings annual renewals external audits and compliance reporting.
