International Freight Manager

Our Approach
At Harmonious Hiring, we take a proactive approach to managing our global supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination and communication between our teams and partners. Our Ocean Import Specialists play a critical role in this process, working closely with our international teams to coordinate shipments, manage vendor relationships, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import and export activities, including communication with overseas agents and vendors.
• Ensure timely clearance of imported goods through customs brokerage.
• Manage and consolidate shipments as needed for efficient logistics operations.
• Research and select vendors/agents, arranging timely ground transportation delivery.
• Monitor and update delivery status, communicating information to relevant parties.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and closing activities.
• Input service information into the internal system for accurate tracking.
• Prepare and report service activities to the Part/Team Manager(s).
• Provide excellent customer service, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Excellent Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in both team and independent settings.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
