Job Overview :
The Manager, Data & Analytics is responsible for the strategic vision and implementation strategy to support NRS's Business Intelligence, Data Quality and Predictive Analytics needs. This newly created position will bring together several functions scattered within the organization and be tasked with building the strategy for the team, hiring strong talent and delivering within this critical area.
The Manager must be an effective business partner, with the ability to drive change within the organization towards a culture of data maturity. It is essential that the candidate in this role implement best practices for master data management and data quality and data governance. The Manager should have wide-ranging knowledge of best-in-class technology including hands on expertise in Visualization tools, ETL tools, Datawarehouse and Data Lakes.
The Manager is expected to have a track record of building highly engaged teams, creating a culture of data quality and intelligence, while being a strong business / client-facing leader. The Manager should possess a thorough understanding of technology, process, data governance and enterprise platforms, while exhibiting solid business acumen and excellent communication skills.
