Benefits Specialist - Temp to Perm

Harmony Biosciences is recruiting for a Benefits Specialist in our Plymouth Meeting, PA location. In this role you will support the day-to-day administration of the Health and Welfare benefits programs (health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life, AD&D, Flexible Spending Plans) for all employees and responding to benefit-related inquiries and questions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Support all aspects of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA and FSA plans, voluntary programs and wellness initiatives
• Proficient with ADP WFN or similar platform to provide HRIS system support
• Partner with ADP Comprehensive Services as related to benefits questions; and responding to all email inquiries that come through the Harmony Benefits inbox
• Process benefit invoices, and partner with ADP Consolidated Invoice Vendor module
• Respond to vendor and carrier inquiries
• Run / provide reports and perform audits as needed
• Assist with compiling data for survey completion
• Manage workers compensation process, act as a liaison between vendor and employee; distribute new posters when needed
• Stay up to date with state changes / new requirements; distribute new posters as needed
• Assist with leave of absences; FMLA, Short Term Disability, Parental Leave and State Leaves
• Stay up to date on leave laws
• Stay up to date with benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA) to ensure all programs meet legal requirements
• Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate benefit data / deductions
• Assist with all facets of annual enrollment and year-end processes
• Coordinate and schedule monthly benefits and wellness webinars
• Assist with Wellness Program initiatives
• Manage Employee Benefit Information on ADP WFN and Harmony Intranet
• Draft Monthly HR Highlights
• ACA administration and quarterly audits
