We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in an Assisted Living Setting. The Nurse will work at a Single location and will not be required to travel elsewhere.
Responsibilities
- Perform Resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the building physician - Oversee Building Caregivers and Educate Med Supervisors
- Provide Building Physician with critical updates on weekly visits and update on emergency's - Track Residents Concerns, Labs, Orders for Physician to review or to update on weekly visit.
- Assist Physician in rounding the Assisted Living Community
- Monitor and record resident vital signs and medical information
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Familiarity with pain management techniques and case management principles
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred
- Ability to phlebotomize and manage Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Knowledge of long-term care practices is a plus
